welcome to make an offer. For items listed with ‘free shipping’
keep in mind the closer the ‘ship to’ address is the more room
there is to negotiate. I as a seller have to pay those shipping
charges – they aren’t free to me. The farther away an item is
shipped the higher my actual shipping charges are.
Payment
is expected as soon as the item is sold. Unpaid item cases are
opened automatically if no payment is received.
When
you purchase more than one item at a time feel free to eBay message
me to see if they can be shipped together for a lower shipping rate.

Using
reclaimed boxes and packing materials in addition to new materials
when securely packing your items is a small step toward
environmental friendliness. I take great care in packing items to
ensure they arrive to you intact.
Box
sizes and weights for bulky, large, or odd-sized items are best
estimates at time of listing and actual box sizes and weights may
vary slightly at time of sale because of needing to make or cut down
a box, or combine two or more boxes to fit item sold.
As
a seller I use a ‘shipping calculator’ tool eBay provides when
ESTIMATING shipping costs before I list an item. When you as a
buyer want to ESTIMATE shipping costs you click on “Shipping and
Payments” in the listing. Unfortunately for both of us these two
numbers are often not the same. Both figures are only ESTIMATES. I
have seen as much as $5 difference! At one point I even contacted
eBay and had them enter the same box size and weight as I did and
THEY got the same difference in costs! The ACTUAL shipping isn’t
calculated until the item is sold. Also know that the cost of
shipping includes not only the postage but costs of packing
materials, insurance, and signature confirmation where applicable.
Please don’t get upset when the listed shipping cost is not the
same figure you get. Feel free to contact me with questions.
Shipping charge is based on those best estimates of box size and
weight, shipping materials (packing peanuts, bubble wrap, foam, box,
tape, etc.), insurance, and signature confirmation where applicable.
Some items require very little or no packing material and others
require mountains of it to keep the item(s) from breaking during
shipping. I can’t be responsible for neglect by shipping couriers.
Items
are usually sent within one (1) business day of receiving
confirmation of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). If an
item has been sent the next business day after receiving
confirmation of payment and it arrives later than stated that is not
within the seller’s control. Please call eBay to address that
issue.

and bank are within the Continental USA.
Please
make sure your address is a ‘mailable’ address. I only sell and
ship to a verified address. Meaning addresses considered ‘mailable’
at USPS.com – Click on ‘Mail & Ship’ then ‘Look up a ZIP
Code’. If your address is not ‘mailable’ or if there is
another address within the Continental USA you would like this item
shipped to please update/change and/or add the shipping address to
your authorized addresses in your account BEFORE purchasing.
I
cannot be responsible if you have given an incorrect address. If
your invoice address is not the same as your shipping address your
order will be canceled. Shipping rates are determined based on your
invoice address and could be substantially more if you give a
shipping address in another state than your invoice address.
I
do NOT accept an email to change a shipping address.
When
free shipping is offered I will choose the shipping method. If you
have a preferred way of shipping you may specify but you will be
responsible to pay the difference in cost.
Expect
delays for shipments during Holidays or inclement weather

shipping services but you will be responsible to pay the difference

You’ll
be sent a Tracking Number as soon as your item’s package label is
printed, which isn’t until after the item has been paid for.
If
you purchase an item from me and your payment fails to go through
you will be blocked from further purchases with me. That unfairly
takes our item off the market when other potential buyers may like
to purchase it and it wastes my time and the time of other potential
buyers.
TERMS,
CONDITIONS and RETURNS
T
he
items that I handle are almost all pre-owned so I have a limited or
no knowledge of their prior use. They may have imperfections, wear,
minor damage, sometimes odors (as I cannot guarantee that the item
has never been exposed to cigarette smoke, perfumes, or pets).
Everyone has their own level of sensitivity. I strive to accurately
photograph and honestly describe all of my items, mentioning both
positive and any negative aspects, including every scratch, wear
area, rust spot, etc., but being human I may unintentionally miss
something. I do my best to note any damage or odors I detect. I am
not an expert on any of these items and so learn something new every
day. I’m more than happy to provide additional photos or answer
any questions you may have. Some open box items show signs of
storage and handling.
Many
items are also posted on local internet websites and subject to
immediate sale.
Only
what is in the description and the pictures is included. Pictures
are an important part of the description. It’s your
responsibility to read the description & look at all the
pictures before bidding or purchasing. Please note that colors can
vary by phone, computer screen, and human eye.
Please
be aware there is always a risk involved when purchasing anything in
used or pre-owned condition. As such I make absolutely no guarantee
as to how long this item or any components within this item will
continue to function after purchase.  In addition, while I make
my best effort to have all items tested thoroughly, there may be
problems or defects that were not discovered during the testing
process.
All
sales are final and everything is sold “AS IS”.
Because
of the fragile nature of many of the items, I do not accept returns
unless there is a listing error, omission, or misrepresentation of
the item. If you receive an item and it is not what you expected,
please contact me through eBay Messages within 72 hours from
date/time of receipt so I can correct the situation. Please do not
return item before contacting me. A refund will only be issued if
the item is grossly misrepresented. In that unlikely event, you
must contact me through eBay messaging within 3 days from the day
you receive your item. (If there is an issue with your item, please
contact me before leaving feedback). If I noted anywhere in the
listing/description that there is no power cord(s) included, that
there are defects, or etc., I will not refund your money if you have
issue with these. It is your responsibility to read the listing and
look at the pictures before purchasing. If you changed your mind or
do not like the color, No Refund. Refunds will not be made for
insured items damaged in transit. In those cases a claim must be
filed with the insurer. I pack my items very carefully but if the
item gets damaged on its way, the buyer should send the broken item
back with all pieces and pay shipping cost for a full refund. If
there are missing pieces I am not issuing a full refund. Buyer is
responsible for the returned items while in transit.
Due
to the actions of a few dishonest people I will be tagging my
electronics and some other items with tamper-proof labels. If the
label is removed or shows signs of an attempt to remove it or is
destroyed in any way and/or the buyer does a switch and returns an
item not belonging to me, I will report the buyer to the authorities
and eBay for fraud and will not honor the refund. Keep in mind that
sending such an item through the USPS is considered mail fraud and
will be prosecuted as a federal crime.
Due
to experience with a few dishonest members on eBay, all stages of
the packing and shipping process will be entirely video recorded,
including the tamper-proof label, to prove that the parcel contains
all parts described in the listing and is/are exactly as described
and listed or should an insurance claim be necessary.
After
contacting me the item must be returned within 7 days after the sale
ends the same way and in same condition as when delivered or no
refund will be issued, unless the seller and buyer have worked out
some other arrangement. I have applied many levels of security
measures for all listings. Please do not remove any tags or wash
the item. I take pictures and/or video of returned items – the
packaging and as they’re being opened, to insure the item returned
is the same item that was sent.
Shipping
both ways is to be paid by the Buyer. If the item was sent with
free shipping paid by the seller the shipping portion of the total
amount will not be refunded.
Due
to PayPal policy change, a 4% RESTOCKING FEE will apply and be
deducted from the total amount paid for the order (including
shipping) if the order is canceled.
Refunds
will be made to buyer’s account once the item is back in my
possession in the same condition w/ all parts as it was sent and
with the same packing and in the same box in which it was sent.
I
will work with you toward a mutually agreed solution if you have an
issue with my merchandise.
