These aquatic fitness paddles have adjustable fan blades to vary resistance. Paddles build upper body strength and conditioning. Vented flow-through design allows resistance to be adjusted from easy to difficult with a simple twist. Resistance is also adjusted by how the user angles the fan during the movement of it. Theraquatics swim exercise paddles measure 17.5″ long each. The easy to store nature makes these paddles ideal for classes.
